Hi chels sorry no not seen yours, don’t like to look without asking first or PM ing you. No I didn’t know yours were Responsives? Would you recommend them to the CUI ones then?? Do they feel real lol.

What type did you go for Low Medium or high? To be honest Ive not really had enough info on these responsives just they are costing more but lifetime garrantee, PS didn’t have one for me well not in size needed, hoping the pre op meeting will iron these questions out. Thank in adance chels xxx

Hi… mine are 525 inspira responsives. I went for them because of the lifetime guarantee. I’ve added you so that you can see. One question you should ask about is the other soft-touch range they cost about £461 the inspira responsives are about £380. It would be good to hear what the surgeon would say and what he would recommend.

Ah thanks blessed. Um have heard the soft touch are newer but are not as sift as the responsives even though the name would suggest different. Have a pre op assesment for Monday but think I’ll only see the nurse, who do you think the best person to hassle with my questions would be?

    Thanks again Hun xx

This is what I know… the soft-touch range has the older soft-touch £461 and the inspira responsives (£380) are the lastest range in soft-touch and are softer. A few days ago there was a post on here about the soft-touch range and I think the gal said that her surgeon recommended the older range (£461) because they have more gel in them. Nevertheless… speak to your patient co-ordinator and ask them to explain the differences in both and then you can make an informed decision. And if there’s a surgeon in and they can fit you in for a quick chat then ask for that as well. Just make sure you weigh out your options well.

Also ask about rippling and the risks and find out which implants will give the reduced risks of rippling. I’ve seen a few posts on here with regard to rippling. Also ask what can cause rippling and how to reduce the occurrences of it so that you can incorporate these into your after-care. I’m just thinking of things that I know now that I should’ve known to ask before the op. :)… it’s still a decision that i’m glad to have made to go for the op.

wel i cant comment on the cui but im realllyyy happy i went with the responsives as they are sooo natural looking, they have a natural slop without looking too rounded and they feel so soft now and have lots of movement. if its natural u want, the responsives are supposed to be the best to achieve that so i would say go for them!

i had med/high profile and paid £306. all i no is the soft touch are firmer and more cohesive therefore they dont fall as natural as the responsives, if u was to hold the responsive implant up, the gel would slightly fall more to the bottom to achieve the natural slope, the gel in the soft touch wouldnt really more, therefore the implants firmer. duno if that makes sense to u..ha!

jst ask ur ps as much as poss, n im sure u wil have a better idea. from when i was doing my research on them i found this website – http://www.natrelle.co.uk/breast-implants/difference/Pages/difference.aspx

thats the uk one and ther is this one too – http://www.natrelle.com.au/Products.aspx

theyve got abit of info on, and i chose them mainly cz of my surgeon recommending that they would be best to achieve the look i wanted and also the ‘intrashiel barrier technology’ which minimizes gel diffusion and the ‘biocell’ texture which minimizes risks of capsular contracture and rippling xx
