any recomendations girls?

I am starting to order all the things I am going to need for pre and post op, do you girls have any recommendations of essentials I will need? anything you have found great help? all I have ordered so far is a macom bra! help! need a shopping list girls!

I didn’t really use my Macom all that much.
Just the Asda 2 for £7 medium impact bras.

Straws.
Comfy clothes, zip up tops.
Baby wipes.
V pillow.
Sanex zero.
Lucozade for after the op.
Cocoa butter stretch mark lotion, I used this everyday, 2 weeks before to prevent them.
Got my hair washed at hairdressers a few days after the op.
Stock up on ibuprofen and paracetamol, make sure to get the paracetamol only and not with aspirin in.

Can’t think of anything else I used really. X

you definitely need a v shaped pillow, i swear by mine and have used it every night. I would also suggest dry shampoo.

I’m in the same boat as you, my op is April 14th but getting organised just now as I’m working a lot of shifts in the run up to it! When is your op? Here’s my shopping list:

Arnica tablets
*Bio oil/cocoa butter
*Loose fitting pjs – ones that button up the front
*Comfy pants
*Straws/bottled water/lucozade
*Baby wipes/dry shampoo/hair bobbles
I’ve also bought that bootea teatox tea, it’s meant to help with bloating and helps digestion which I know can be a bit weird after a general anaesthetic so going to try that post op!

Can anyone think of anything else?

Oh, I’ve also bought ice packs for my boobs and heat packs for my back! Xx

Defiantly Ice packs girls. First few days post op I thought the ice pack really helped. Good luck xx

These for me are the essentials! Iv used nothing else so far, apart from obviously the medication given to me as I left the hospital. I packed a whole gym bag and used hardly anything! Goodluck 🙂 xo
