Any recommendation for the day before the op??

Having my op this thursday 28!!

Iv seen people say v pillow, zip up top to get on and surgery bra x

You won’t need your v pillow for hospital as they have electric beds but def zip up top/ pjs & surgical bra,
Maybe magazines/book, iPad, phone charger (I was down last at 4pm so bad times to kill.
A pillow for car on way back to put over chest/between seatbelt and a quilt for comfort if travelling a long way xxx

Easy to say but try to just relax and take it easy, it will be over before you know it:-)

Also ice packs for recovery are a god send xxx
