Any relaxation tips

U all no I’m a worrier haha and less than a week and I’m going mad it’s all that’s on my mind hahahha. I have a countdown calendar in my phone and scared to look at it hahahaah! I need to chill the eff out!! X

Just don’t think ill be able to sleep the night before.

In a worrier also, suffer from slight anxiety also but throughout the whole process I’ve been excited rather than nervous. Make sure your 100% sure u want to do this as u don’t want to end up regretting it.. But I’m sure u will be fine…
I grilled my anaesthetist before surgery.. I was asking him so many question, I even asked what would happen if I was allergic to the anesthetic because is never had it before an he replied ‘we have every drug here if u were allergic to anything during the op to make it better’ so seriously there’s no way anything can go wrong xxxx

I’m ok just got home, chest feels very tigt but no pain….
U just gotta change your mindset… If u make yourself think positive thoughts rather than negative then u will feel much better I promise xxxx

Yer was just saying that to my sister. It’s worse, I see cannulas go in, people put to sleep, the intubator being out down, gagging reflex when they r waking up. Wahhhhh

My daughter had a ga at six and I was in with her till she went out and it was horrible I cried for an hour while she was being operated on. It was the way her little face seemed to swell…she was smiling then she was asleep and the smile slowly dropped it was horrible. But she was fine so really if their little bodies can do it fine so can we!
