One of my big concerns about this op is that i don’t want it to stop me doing anything. Now i only want to be a D maximum, so not going huge… but i am an endurance runner (well sorta) and would like to have the oppurtunity to run marathons in the future should i wish to do so…. so are there any runners out there with breast implants? Can you still run?!

hey hun….i run hald marathons and usually run on a regular basis long distance…recently ive stopped but it shouldnt be a problem as long as you wear a supportive bra and im assuming give enough time to heal..im having my op next week and did ask about exercise and was told would be fine….x
