Any thing else that u can take for the pain

hey girls i know i keep going on about the pain but has anyone taken or try any other pain relief xx

What are you taking at the mo?

What did you have, size and unders or overs?

i am taking paracetamol and codenie thats what they gave me …. I was a 34b before and i am now wearing a 34 d and think dr t went under not sure as he never came back round to see me after the op xxx

Hi, I know some girls take tramadol, you will have to go to your GP or nurse for a scrip though.

Are you trying to move around as I found the less i moved the more i hurt as the muscles seemed to seize up.

Even if it’s just walking around the room and moving your arms just a little bit it really does help

I’m 31/2 weeks post op and still struggling sometimes, so fed up with not being able to do stuff like the hoovering, tried the other day and really hurt myself!

Moving definately helps, that’s why you are probably worse first thing as you will have stiffened whilst asleep.
