Any Tips for breathing after a Rhinoplasty

Hey everybody, just wondered if anyone has any tips for helping me breathe. I am 2 weeks post op now and I still cannot breathe and I’m starting to get really tired, it’s so hard breathing through my mouth and apparently I’m no longer allowed to use the drops. I have tried vapour rub and olbas oil in water…no joy xx

Yes my cast is off hun. I really like the results and the pics don’t do it justice, its much smaller and cuter in person, couldn’t be happier xxx

I started to get sick and dizzy in the afternoon as I wasn’t getting enough oxygen (I know that sounds daft) but if I was busy or rushing around after the boys I found that I wasn’t take big enough breaths. After about 2 weeks it did start to improve though. Just carry on doing what you are doing and give it a couple more days. If it doesn’t improve give MYA a call. Your nose looks fab by the way!
