Nope. Sorry hun, I had this problem too and just had to survive on next to no sleep until my nurse said on my one week check that I could sleep on my side with a soft pillow underneath my boob. Xx

V Pillow but so its upside down (n)! fill in the middle with a big puffy pillow put an hot water bottle on top of that so thats resting on your lower back and then pop a pillow under tops of your legs to stop you sliding down! thats what ive been doing and slept like a baby! think ill try sleeping flat tonight im 5 days post op and not in any pain now!?X

I just used 4 normal pillows and put them vertical, 2 next to each other and 2 ontop of those then put my V pillow on top… slept like a baby! xx

Im 6 weeks post op from Rhinoplasty and now used to sleeping elevated,I have 6 pillow and a V pillow, one pillow under my bottom, one under my knees, two vertical, two horizontal, and the V pillow on top supporting my neck so I don’t roll on to my side,it does take some getting used to,I intend to do this for 4 months so that my nose gets a chance to heal without been disturbed. For you boobs ladies you will be sleeping elevated to help reduce the swelling, for 7 to 14 days depending on your instructions, hope you manage to get comfy, xxx
