ANY TIPS ON TAKING OFF BREAST TAPE WITHOUT HURTING??

Wanting to take the breast tape off myself in 4days and just wondering if there is a less painful way to do this?

Probably not though I am guessing Does it hurt much? anyone taken their own off at all? xxx

Hiya, warming it with a hairdryer 1st is meant to work. I pulled mine off last time by just picking-and made a rite mess. Gonna try the hair dryer this time round tho! & nail varnish remover for the sticky mess that’s left behind. Just be careful near incisions xxx

Yeah thanks hunni, may just take the top bit off, how long did you leave it before taking it off?

It’s really tight and bloody making me ache!! Just want to feel normal again xxx
