any uplift girls horrified sfter seein nipples for first time?? :(

Had my 1 week appt yesterday for dressings changin n wen the steri strips came off I could of cried! I knew they were gona look pretty bad but bloody hell it was horrific n to make matters worse part of the scab came off with one of the strips n my boob started bleedin anything I can use on scars to help them heal? Thanks ppl xx

I would just let them heal themselves honey,unless your nurse or surgeon instructed otherwise,it is quite a shock,but in a couple of weeks you will be surprised at how different they will look,just takes time lovely,they will heal and improve a lot,you just cant see it at the moment,but they will.xxx

hi scarlet, they really do look better over time, my nips ar epretty neat im nearly 3 weeks post op and they are looking lovely now. mine also bled when she took the first dressing off so dont panic this is normal!! but they do look pretty neat already! add me if u would like to see my pics!! i didnt have implants – just uplift xxx

hey hunni dont worry im going to be having the same thing in october, i have a c section scar from when i had my baby boy and when i first saw it i was so upset because it was an emergency op it wasnt as neat as it could of been and it looked awful but im now four and a half months on and im amazed how much it has faded and how neat it looks. i know your feeling bad hun but itll start to look better, i didnt out anything on mine and its turned out great xxx i wish u luck hunni xx

Hi Scarlet, I had mine off yesterday too and I had prepared myself for the worst so I wasn’t so much shocked… although my left nipple was also bleeding too.

How has the pain been since the dressings came off? I feel like i’ve taken a massive step backward in terms of pain… they are KILLING me!

Thanks for reassurance everyone did u feel ur looked gross wen u first saw em jodes? I had implants too but just 320s cos I was already an e. Reckon I’ll b a e/f wen they’re healed but not bothered bout size tbh just want a nice pair of babylons lol xx

Pmc123 pain hasn’t been much different hun but I’m quite numb to b honest, probly a gud thing lol. They just looked so ‘sewn on’ which is obviously wat they are lol xx

We’l probs b same size then emma! N they are pretty big lol but not too big. Way I see it is bigger they are quicker they sag, gets to a point where u can end up lookin daft if they’re too big but each to their own! Xx

thats what my surgeon said if i go bigger they will just droop quicker and ive had enough of droopy boobs to last me a lifetime lol xx

I found it wierd to see the stitching.. like a patchwork quilt made of my skin!!!

I only had 300cc because i didn’t want to go big either. I think when you have had droopy boobies, the last thing you want is to put something too heavy in there and worry about them drooping again!!!

Before my surgery i kept reading all the forum… and all the ladies that are having just a BA say ‘go the biggest you can… you’ll regret it otherwise’… i started wondering if I should go bigger. But they are having a boob job to get bigger boobs, whereas generally uplift ladies are having a boob job to get higher boobs! and size isn’t the main priority i guess!

Exactly! Ppl seem to think fake boobs don’t sag but quite the contrary… They will sag n then there’s high chance u’l need uplift anyway. I’d rather have a pert c cup than saggy e I had b4 lol. Glad we’re all on the same wave length lol xx

haha emma ones that u wont trip over. i totally get that lol. thats why i didnt want implants as i already had ‘big’ boobs and have all my life, so i didnt need tham. just since having my baby bot they dropped to the floor. i just wanted normal looking boobs!! and i am pleased xx

having children really does mess ya body up doesnt it lol its worth it tho now i have an excuse to fix them lol xx

Mine weren’t particularly big, just droopy.

In fact i’ve had a wierd booby life. I was an A cup at 18, then a DD at 21, then i lost weight and went to a B, then I had kids and at my biggest breast feeding i was a EE, then after babies I lost weight again and went back to a B, but with lots of breast tissue as you can imagine! Thankfully, having had lots of different sizes throughout my life, i had a good idea of what size i wanted the surgeon to take me to!!! I think when I get measured i’m going to be a D. Which i’m happy with.

Hey dont worry it gets better every week every day even. when i first saw my scars i thought i had been butchered and cried every day for about 2 weeks and thought i had made the worst decision of my life! 3 months on i love them and my scars have faded so much . i have used bio oil to massage the scar tissue and i think that really helps. my nipple bled like hell and looked like it was going to come off when i first saw it but its healed just fine. any questions feel free to pm me. good luck stacey xx

I am soooo looking forward to being able to massage them without them killing! My husband went to touch one very gently and i was soooo scared he was going to hurt me!!!

I think we are already friends actually… but no photos!

How long post op are you? your husband is lucky i wouldnt even let my look for about 6 weeks! poor man but i didnt want to scare him and give him nightmares! xx

He came with me to get the dressings on too… so he saw them in their full glory!

Your very brave, i had to get my head round what they looked like first before the grand unveiling! x

Ladies, I’m dreading seeing those scars! I have my uplift booked for a weeks time. Just want to miss out the first couple of months as I know I’ll get really upset seeing my boobs all butchered! Happy (fast!) healing xxx

Oooh, I have been told that dermatix treatment scar sheets are excellent on those scars so have bought myself some from ebay in preparation. x
