any ideas please as i dont think i can get away with some of the ones suggested by the BA only girls because of all my incisions and the need for extra support when it’s all healing around the nipples xx

Hi hun, I loved the asda sports bras…they didn’t rub at all on any of my scars and they are low enough to wear under most tops without being seen! I wore them all the time and my macom for bed xx

thanks so much, i’ve been worrying that i had to live in the macom but i just dont think i can bear too and it’s so unattractive and i like to dress up at work. how are yours now? xx

Sorry for the late reply hun…i got the top link…i got a 34D and a 34DD, i wore the 34D more though as it was tighter and felt it gave me more support…i found them really comfy and got a few black and a few white….

Mine are fine thanks, got my 12 week check with helena on monday…still get the odd ache and pain though but even 12 weeks is relatively early days xx

thanks Jo, i’m going to get a few of each aswell then. I’ve no idea what size i am now, i tried my 32dd sports bra on from before the op and it was sooo small so i might get a shock when i try some on!!

are you in proper bras all the time now then?, and are you wearing plunge tops and bras out? xx

You just have to try a few hun, see which feels best for you but they were my faves :)

Yeah i wear proper bras all the time now, spent a small fortune on them lol…i’v got a few of the gel filled ones for a dramatic look on a night out and i also bought a load from asda too…there is so much more choice now i don’t have to tuck my spaniels ears into wonderbras lol xx

i know.. i was just looking all other the internet for all the low cut tops i’m going to be able to wear and gel push up bras, cannot wait!! i loved all the bras you bought, they were gorgeous but i noted what you said about the frills looking silly under clothes, did you manage to change it or was it too late? xx

I’v still got a few that are a bit frilly to wear under tight clothes but i haven’t changed them…i just make sure i try my top on when i’m trying on bra’s now to make sure you can’t see the frills xx
