any1 a empty c cup and after there ba turned out to be a full d/dd cup?

hi girls as above, if so could you please let me no what size implant you had to make you a d or dd cup please, choosing what size cc to go for is really confusing! i was set on 310cc but now after reading other posts im thinking that this may make me to big. any pics advice please xx
