Any1 had 'Dual Plane' positioning of implant? would love to see pics…

A Surgeon at another place advised ‘dual plane’ position of implants for me, seen a few pics online and some look good and others look not so good, just dont get how u dont end up with total wonky boob, and worried about the ‘bottom out’ thing that can happen so would love to hear if any1 has any info or advice on this and to see pics would be great! i think it sounds quite good tho, bit of best of both worlds of under and overs but need to speak to mya surgeon to see if he does it, as i dnt fancy that other place as much… Thanks ladies xx
