any1 had laser lipo? sick of trying to diet & excersize

My inner and outter thys just won’t budge! I have a very healthy diet and iv tried all the pills lol so I figured I’m gonna shift the stone iv put on after my BA cos that’s as far as I ever get doing the ‘natural way’ in the mean time save and then get my main bit removed at least x
