anyo alergic to bio oil

ok so iv got some bio oil not having my op while hopefuly middle or end january but decided to use bio oil wice a day to minamise saring as much as i can been using it around 3 days and iv got like red blotches around the bottom of tmy boobs realy where i have put the bio oil is thas an allergy?should i change what i use? x
