anyone a natural 34e/f saggy with pics of enlargement/uplift?

i hate my boobs without a bra they just drop down and i want the shape to be more rounded, i am a natural 34e/f and am wondering whether i should just either get an uplift or an augmentation, or both? xxx

If you book a consultation with a PC and then a surgeon, he/she will be able to advise whether implants would do the job or if you’d also require an uplift or nipple lift. 2 surgeons said I could get away with just the implants but would need a lift in a few years time so I decided to just get both out of the way now and am having a ba plus nip lift on 27th Feb xx

Hi hun we are pretty much the same size im having full up lift and ba on 25 feb so you can see my pics once im done xxx if your saggy it is always best to have uplift just having ba will make you big and saggy not good but like hollbol said book an appointment as the best person to tell you what you need is a surgan xxx
