I was there for 10am, so missed you by hours.

How did you get on?

My scars are healing well. Got steri strips on them for another week.

Reassuring to know all my aches and pains are quite normal. Still can’t lift my

arms to put my hair in a ponytail.

hey hun…who is your surgeon? I had my 5 week check up with Mr Adamo and was given the all clear so i can carry on as normal and he says pretend like you dont have implants lol…he also said get a volunteer to squeeze them and massage them……eager bf to pick him lol

sooo happy….i can get measured go buy bras…do anything he said…i forgot to ask about exercise tho:?

im now day 36…it gets so much better from 3 weeks onwards…..pain eases and dissapears mostly and you start to feel more yourself:)

ps my friend put my hair in a high bun after my op and i couldnt take it out until I had someone help me wash my hair 3 days after op as couldnt reach it lol

I had Mr Adamo too.

I went to see the nurse for my 1 week post op.

To be honest, I’m feeling a bit low. I really wasn’t expecting to be in

pain for so long. I’m walking around like an old lady.

Good to hear I it’s all normal. Boy, am I looking forward to being normal again lol

babe omg I was all hunched over…my bf called me quasi modo….i was sad, felt fat from bloating and was in so much pain that i almost regret it….i had excess swelling and felt awful to look in the mirror…from day 10 the pain started to ease…but truthfully only after 2-3 weeks did i really start to feel myself….I was in alot of pain babe….felt sick and awful…but at 3 weeks i went out and then it was 4 weeks so much better now 5 weeks and i feel so much more human lol….

hang in there i can promise you….once pain and swelling is gone and they start to shape more you will love them. what size you have?

Your post is sooo encouraging. Did feel like crying yesterday, actually I did.

One of my staff said I looked haggered. She was right.

I had 460 overs. Was a very saggy 34B.

M&S measured me at 34DD.

I know they’ll shrink a bit, which is what I’m hoping for, as they look so massive.

What did you have?

I couldnt even cry it hurt too much…couldnt laugh either…couldnt cough ,sneeze lol can you imagine my level of self pitty lol….

They do shrink but they become a nicer shape though:) they do feel massive until you get use to the massive then they get smaller then you get boobie greed haha….

I had 340cc extra high profile soft touch…unfortunately wasnt allowed any bigger on my tiny frame….was the max he would do…they look in proportion to my body….and wouldnt look right any bigger but i do have slight boobie greed sometimes haha

You just need to drink tons of water to relieve the bloatiness

I say get Dulcolax…water did help for me…nor did anything else…
