Anyone been a 34DD and got away with just implants? No lift?

Just curious, I’m quite saggy but don’t want the lift if I can get away with it x

Caryn I have seen girls ignore the advice and they have had Awful results look in a mirror topless n be honest with urself are u saggy? If so whats a heavy breast implant goin to do for you? Its goin to drag ur breasts down at a much Faster rate! its money down the drain! I kinda Wish,I had been offered an uplift “Im not saggy yet,but at 27 its not far off If i had,had an uplift i wouid of been Perky as hell” xx

Any extra weight in the breast will make them sag quicker,it also depend on your age your skins elasticity,all these things should be considered,also ask your surgeon to give you an estimate of how long your uplift will last,bear in mind surgery no surgery lasts forever.Lack of information can lead to disappointment.What ever you decide honey make sure you are given enough information for you to make what you think is the right choice,I am 3 years post op,practically lived in my sports bra,even in bed,before my uplift surgery I measured 19 and 20 notch to nipple,I did not get a second opinion as I had every confidence in my surgeons ability,I now measure 23/24 I am not yet 3 years post op,with a 340 implant,I was not told at the time how quickly my breasts would sag,I have now been told by another surgeon,I will need another uplift,had I known this, I would have just had the implants and had surgery again at a later date,please make sure all your questions are answered.Best of luck honey.xxx

I was 34D pre op. didn’t have a uplift. Look at my pictures! X

I was a 36C pre op. I had 640cc moderate profile overs to fill out my empty breast tissue. My surgeon was Mr Chantarasak who my PC advised was the master at using bigger implants to give a ‘lift’ without the need for the actual procedure, I’ll add you and you can take a look at my pics and see what you think. I’m under no illusion that I will need an uplift eventually in years to come but I kinda hope if I use a good supportive bra and look after them I’ll get a few years out of them.. lol!! xxxxxx

i was in similar boat, told i needed an uplift by mario and saw mr singh and he offered me 605cc implant to fill out my empty skin, am 34d in bras (but told im a 34b by surgeons!). am well aware they will sag and asked mr singh if they will sag quicker, he just said all implants have to be changed in 10-15yrs. so if i can get away without uplift now than im happy, just want fuller boobs and a killer cleverage for now, if my nipples do end end up south than i will just have to put up with it for a few years!!x

I too have 30d boobs, have seen Dr Russo who has only offered me a uplift and a 310,340,370 implant but am too going to look at the option of filling them out, I actually want larger implants but Mario likes the natural look, which I think isn’t what I want as I was a 30ff prior to pregnancy and weight loss, I’ve booked in with another surgeon for a 2nd opinion before I go down the route of uplifts, as I know all surgery is temporary and I may get away with without a uplift for a while.
