Anyone been overcharged and had/having trouble claiming the money back?

My friend referral has not been deducted from the amount i’ve already paid unfront and i only found on via here that i’ve been overcharged…..£150 is a lot of money I could do with and my op is due in 2 weeks so now i’m stressing about having to sort it all argh
