Anyone braved a strapless dress out at 4weeks post op? HELP!

I really want to move my ba date forward, but only date can do is 4weeks before my brothers wedding where I’m meant to wear a strapless bridesmaid dress. Does anyone think I’d be safe to do so or shall I just leave my ba till after his wedding? Worry about if boobs will be settle etc, and if they’d even fit in the dress although the dress just falls down at the mo as am completely flat (dress is an 8 I’m currently a 6 30a boobs flat as a pancake). HELP please xxx

hey luvi i honestly think you will be fine 4 wks post op, im going out for my birthday in 2wks at which point i’ll be 3wks and 4 days post op and im going braless as the dress im wearing i cant wear a bra with. im actually gutted as i had a gorgeous new dress to wear which is a size 6 but tried it on last night and cant get it over my boobs lol. also having to stick most of my dresses on ebay as they are just way too small now……i dont think size 6’s are made to fit dd boobies xx

Do you Reckon a strapless 8 will fit dd boobies? Don’t want my future sis in law killing me for it not fitting lol. But so desperate for my boobies done sooner than June 15th. Want to look fab for the wedding- was 3 months preggers at my own so making the most of it at this one haha. You happier with your 380’s now anyway love? Xx

yeah luv im really happy with them now after the initial booby greed im glad i didnt go for the 410’s now as they seem to be getting bigger and its gona cost me a flamin fortune buyin new clothes lol can still fit in most things its mainly all my going out dresses which zip up that wont fit!! erm i wouldnt like to say hun weather your size 8 dress will fir or not really, i suppose it depends on how it fastens. if its a lace up back or had stretch in the material you should be fine but if its a zip up you may be risking it! iv got a couple of size 8’s that fit but thats only cos they are stretchy over my boobs and your going bigger than me so im not sure luv!! awh i dont blame ya for wanting to bring your op forward, i only had to wait 4wks for mine and it drove me crazy lolxxx

I asked my surgeon the same as I’m going to a wedding 4 weeks PO and wanted to wear a strapless dress and he said it wouldn’t be a problem for one day xx

i dont fit in any of my dresses, even the stretchy ones are struggling at the moment! haha! think i’ll be using ebay in the next few weeks!!! if i take out all my clohtes that dont fit, my wardrobe is almost empty haha! but your bridesmaid dress should be fine if its not a zip x

natalie what size did you have? problem is its not just any dress its my bridesmaid dress. dont want my borther well my future sis in law to kill me. dress zips up the side, but you wouldn’t believe how much i need taking off to fit my current frame its quite a lot so hopefully this will be a plus for the new boobs- if can or do change my date xx

Oh bek I’m desperate to change it, at the mo my date is 15th June just way to far away. I’d change in the evening to a dress with my sports bra underneath. X

Alli at the mo the dress is huge needs loads taken out of it to alter it to fit me. Doesnt stay up what’s so ever when put it on the top half just sits round my stomach xx

awh luv!!! why dont you put ya bra on with your rice boobies in and try the dress over the top to see if it fits but id also add a little extra in there just to be on the safe side, that way you will know for defo if it will fit on the day! your actual implants tend to be slightly smaller than the rice boobs once theyre in so if it fits with them then you should be ok fingers crossed luvi!!!! xxx

It’s not wired but is tucked in just under the bust, will upload a pic of the dress and let me know if you think it would be ok xx

lovely dress really not sure though luv from looking at that pic i really wouldnt like to say! around the bust should be ok but its weather it would be too tight above the bust! your best bet would be to defo try it over your rice boobs i think!! xx

just tried my dress on with my rice boobies, both sizes i fit in the dress although the 410 is bit tight. but hubby wants me to get 380s anyway. the rice boobies make the dress look so much bigger and have a dress for the evening (which i can wear my sports bra with) and first time i would say my figure looks amazing. think def am going to change my date eeek!!!! xx

dont get it altered until after you have had the op hunny, but the size 8 will fit them in nicely. i still wear my size six’s all the time, my size 4’s are a bit tight across the boobs now, but the 6’s look lush! i had 380’s and i now buy clothes to have my girls on show!

i always found tops and dresses are meant for girls with boobs anyways, i hated clothes shopping for nice dresses before, and literally cried in one shop because a dress wouldnt fit right, now… bring on the shops, my card needs melting xx
