Hi, im just wondering if theres any girls that have had ba and are hairdressers and how long you had off work? I work full time in an office (sitting down all day) i am going to take a week off that job but i also work part time in the evenings as a hairdresser and was hoping to take 2 weeks off doing hair? Please let me know your thoughts

Thanks Victoria, im not sure, im having a consultation this Thursday with Mr Singh. Im in 2 minds when to have it done, im penciled in to have the op on November 24th but with December being my busiest month with the hairdressing I dont know wether to wait until Feb. How long ago did you get yours done? You pleased with them?

    hi roxij,
i am a beauty therapist and had my ba done 3 weeks ago.i still find it hard to do waxiing and other things.in my opinion ,i think you should wait as i know that chistmas time is very busy.oh forgot to tell u that i had overs which heal quicker than unders.

hi roxyj, i had unders and drove 8 days after my ba, it wasnt easy but i had to do the school run and drive to work, reverse and fith gear were a bit of a struggle! its really hard to judge how long recovery is as everyones is so different, i had strapping on for a week wich was so tight i cud barely breath never mind drive, but everything was much easier after that was removed. good luck with your consultation hun.xxx
