Anyone else been fobbed off?

I’ve been 6 months post op and I feel like i’ve been completely brushed aside since paying for my op back in August. Yeah I get MYA is a busy company but when you’ve handed ££££ over you’d expect them to be a little more attentive, I requested my before pics and still haven’t received them, this isn’t the first time i’ve had to chase things up either. My surgeon was probably the best person throughout the process and can’t fault him at all as he did an amazing job.
