I have like no waist now……bellys all big and fatty looking….
I CONSTANTLY feel starving all the time now too…even if I have a full normal sized meal…..and whether I eat more or not I start to feel sick…..
you will be fine once you have had a poo bex…..i’m still waiting for mine since 15th Jan and feel quite grotty now…..but once you’ve been you will feel normal again xx
Yeah i did to hun. I ate so many pop tarts and mars bars lol, i was starving even after i ate my meals….it wore off though hun. Remember your carrying alot of bloat and water x
lol iv done plenty pooos lady
lol I just feel soo horrible and keep like crying and stuff, and the skin on my bellys sore, and all bloaty and big and I feel horrible, Im ALWAYS hungry and keep wanting to eat but then feel guilty about eating because my BA made me put on 8 pounds bcoz of the implants, swelling AND bloating….just feel like a walrus…
OMG right ok I weighed myself the morning before my BA right? and I weighed myself when I got HOME from my BA and Id put 8 pounds on, well I JUST went for a pee and decided to weigh myself again, and I weigh LESS now than I did before my BA…..Iv lost around 11 pounds since 2 days ago…..but I LOOK huge and fat…..Im soooo confusedddddd!!!!!
Don’t worry… I was the same. I seriously looked about 4/5 month pregnant. And I felt like I was too!! Espesh with my boobs feeling tight. Even my joggers were tight but everything went back to normal. Your bound to have some down days. The sleep dep defo made me emotional x x
lol the nurse thinks my scales are wrong…owell lol.
Hey girls, I totally know how you feel!! All the bloating is from the anesthesia and painkillers…I didn’t have any bowel movement until my 4th day! I was hungry too all the time, but bought lots of fruit and drank lots of water to flush drugs out of my system. I’m on day 7 now and I feel like I’ve lost weight now. I haven’t had a painkiller now for 3 days. My nurse also told me that it’s okay to have a break from my sports bra too, so every night I have an hour off and I cleanse and moisturise the tops of my boobs with cocoa butter which has really improved my skin and breast recovery. I also had post-op blues which is absolutly normal. Your body has gone through a major change and because of the recovery healing process it will take time to adjust. Your breasts will change every day during the next few weeks and months and when that happens your mood will change too. Hope this helps.
Happy healing girls xxx
aw good it’s not JUST me then, Iv been feeling rli low yesterday and today…..and keep getting pissed off at my boyfriend even tho Iv hardly saw him and feeling crabbit towards him for no reason….I feel bad for it but just cant help it :S I explained to him how I kept feeling annoyed at him and stuff tho and he’s cool with it and understands etc…so glad he doesnt feel like I really do hate him coz its really just all my hormones and the drugs that are all really being a bitch to him lol it was funny tho coz after having a cry to him and telling him how I couldnt help being pissy with him I ended up NOT being pissed at him anymore…..its all so confusing…..I keep crying lol pretty pathetic lol
Ah bless you honey, at least you now understand the reasons for feeling the way you do… I’ve been a bit bitchy towards my bf on snd off and luckily he understands too, he keeps being nice to me!! He know’s it’s a mixture of having had surgery, drugs, body changes, aches, pains, lack of sleep, adjustment, feeling bloated, lathargic etc… the list goes on…BUT it’ll get better I promise you honey, and soon you’ll be feeling on top of the world with your new boobies and you’ll be going bra shopping, clothes shopping, having a night on the town etc!! All this will be worth it once the main recovery stage is out of the way, you’ll see xxx
yea its weird coz I had 470cc MLP implants, only LOOK about a C cup so far but am wearing a 38E bra as its the only size I can wear thats not sore all the time….I was 34A to start with so even looking a C cup now is an improvement lol hope i end up an E
Wow 470cc MLP, ah can I see your pics once the forums are fixed pls honey? I have got pics on mine if you want to take a look although the profile page isn’t working yet is it? I had 300cc MHP implants, in 40dd sports bra at mo, (I know it’s massive lol, my bf got it for at tesco whilst I was in hospital as my macom bra was too small too lol!!) but it fit me okay lol… However I seen my nurse today she said I should try 34E (I was 34B before)!! Can’t believe how complicated the sizes can be!!
I’m only one week post op so I don’t really know what my final size will be yet. My right breast is still a little swollen but hoping it’ll get better (I had more surgery on my right). Took some ibuprofen for the swelling and been applying icepacks, but I’ve seen them change a lot over this past week so hoping they’ll be a lot more settled soon xxx
i cant put pics on sorry
I hav this new little netbook and cant work it right and wenever i attempt to put pics on it doesnt work I hav no idea why……The pictures that i DO have on my profile were taken off of my facebook lol and theyre not of my boobs lol. Both my boobs are like completely symmetrical so far, and the swelling hasnt gone down by much but both are the exact same shape, the exact same amount of swelling in each, etc my skins still to stretch, I hope it hurrys up and stretches coz I wont be happy if i stay a C cup. Im so impatient lol
aw yea I have safety pins pulling my bra together at the front too, I found it’s much more comfier this way and feels like Im getting a better level of support and hopefully they wont settle far apart and silly-looking
I use cocoa butter on the tops of mine every morning and night which has helped soften my skin whilst I’m healing, don’t know if it’s helping or not but it’s certainly improved my skin and smells yummy!! lol xxx
Lol Ill start using that when I can lol, my dressings make it a little bit impossible for me to do that yet lol. I have clear and white waterproof dressings all over my boobies lol, my surgeon told me I can go for showers as soon as I like becuase the dressings are waterproof they just look and feel like sticky clingfilm over my boobs, I have NO idea how theyre gonna get this stuff off of me on tuesday lol
Funny how different surgeons use different dressings, I suppose it depends on how big the implant is eh? Aw I’m sure they’ll get it off you somehow honey! I only had sterile stripes and padded plasters. Just had shower and noticed that since I took ibuprofen earlier my breasts look more symetrical now!! Swelling has gone down a bit more but not completely! How you feeling tonight? Are you still restricted in terms of movement? xxx
my boobs are feeling softer now
my movement isnt bad but if i do too much I get some pain and have to stop doing stuff lol. wounds are more sore today
think iv had the bra on too long, im sitting with it undone right now lol
Thank you Michelle79 & Bexepie..
I really thought I would of felt on top of the world after the op but clearly not, & glad im not on my own, I can understand though after all the drugs that are pumped through your body never mind the surgery… Nothing has helped me go to the toilet.. I look 5 months pregnant, id lost weight for the o..!! I might try an ice pack as my left boob as alot more swollen than the right..
Thanks again girls & happy healing..
We’ll be right for summer!!! Xxxxxxxx
lol I need to pee every 5 seconds its terrible! Iv not had many problems with going to the toilet lol. It’s weird coz Iv read on here that allot of girls feel one boob is more swollen than the other and stuff but mines are just exactly the same :S and the swelling has gone down the same amount in both boobs at the same time, guess I’ve just been lucky??
Hey emz, ring your nurse and ask her if you can take ibuprofen to help with the swelling, I did and my right breast has settled a bit more, not completely but it’s getting there.xxx
Ive been takin it since day 2.. it’s abit worse today…!! :0( hope it sub sides soon..!! X
When did you have your op emz? what were you / what size implants did you have? xxx
