Anyone else had surgery with a thyroid problem?

Hey girlies, I am having my surgery on Wednesday (Yay!) I have told the surgeon and nurse about my Thyroid probs etc, but I worry a little about this thing called a thyroid storm during surgery? Anyone heard of it? I take 100mcg of thyroxine, recently I was taking 125mcg’s but they have reduced it slightly. Thanks x
