Anyone else is this Situation or am I just reading too much into this??

Basically I rang up mya Tuesday, the first time they was busy so they said they would call me back…2 hours later i phoned back someone said they were still busy and they would email them to call me back…well i still didn’t get a call back.

Last time my pc contacted me was when I left a deposit.. Is this normal?

All I wanted to know is about closer op dates, I already asked my pc to let me know because I’m really flexible with dates.

I’ve phoned and asked mya twice before, no one ever bothers telling me.

Since I booked at the end of jan I’ve seen quite a few people with closer op dates and same surgeon and hospital,

since I payed and already have a date seems like they don’t need to bother anymore.

Anyone else in a similar situation? Xx

I waited a week for a phonecall back and i ended up having to get in touch with them. I only wanted a price so i knew where i was at. However it’s all sorted now and i understand that they are busy

personally i think the whole company is over worked and under staffed, so getting call backs quickly, or information there and then is really hard.

im struggling getting appointments, and wasting money trying, but i do understand they are busy xx

angeldelight, which clinic? I’m at Leeds and haven’t had any problems at all getting in contact. Maybe try calling head office is you are struggling? xx

It doesnt matter how busy they are. You are spending a huge amount of money and having surgery is such a massive thing. Don’t make excuses for them. Demand the best. Mya mod needs to make sure these messages get to the top and if they need more staff there are plenty of unemployed people out there. I was too soft regarding my time at park hill hospital and i missed out on a great experience (although most importantly my boobies are amazing and i love them!). However ive put in a complaint and I will demand a satisfactory result xx

I do definitely understand that they are busy all the time, but its funny how before I booked I was getting phoned constatley and getting phone calls and texts off my pc..then I booked my date and I don’t hear a peep, which again is understandable, what isn’t really acceptable is that I asked and asked I want my op as soon as possible and ring up a few times and said again please let me know when there any more closer dates, but no nothing, just saw that someone who booked last week has got her op in a month! Why should I have to wait over 3 months then! I’m annoyed now. Xx
