Anyone else thats around 5 days po…

How r u feeling? My back and shoulders r REALLY hurting me still, finished the painkillers and taking ibroprufen and no improvement. Anyone else know how i can ease it? My boobs r ok they r bit numb but they just feel like my milk is coming in lol. Xx

my back is also a big problem, i try to go to bed as late possible when i am really tired so I immediately fall asleep, the rest of the day i take walks and only sit, helps me with the back since it mainly hurts when lying down. Boobs barely hurt at all, lil tender sometimes and some stingy pain in incision sometimes.

Ok thank u ladies it is obviously normal if we are all suffering. When can we sleep normal? I will ask nurse wednesday. Does the m&s bra feel better on your back? My macom does feel comfy but i take it off everyday for couple of hours break and it feels so nice lol. Thats how my boobs r to and one is still slightly bigger and higher then the other x

yea its normal, the nurses at my overnight stay said that all patients usually suffer more from the back pain than the boobs. I am supposed to sleep for 2 weeks on my back, after that it is up to you how you feel. Right now I would be just still to tender to sleep on the side. I did found a better position on the couch though where I just turn my hips while shoulders are still straight.

Starting to feel comfy in it! but it doesn’t come down as low as the Macom one which is why I’m worrie about my scars- I can’t wait to see me scars! Don’t even know how big they are!! Xxx

yea, I have my post op next monday. Hope they turn out great. I do have the feeling from the dressings that left one will be better and in the crease and right higher on my boob.

I can see blood on my dressing at first i worried incase e didnt put it over scar properly but it must be dry blood. Its going to be weird when there is no dressings there over incisions. Do u think one being higher and smaller is anything to worry about? I really hope it sorts itself out. Amw4u sounds like how i sleep as my bum as started hurting from sleeping sitting up lol. Xx

Not worry, would just be great if both are perfectly in the crease. Lol, yea my bum hurts from sitting right now.
