anyone else wore a normal bra before 6 weeks??

Hi,
I’m 3 weeks post op and I’m going out on Friday and cant find a top that hides my very unflattering sports bra and was wondering if anyone else just wore a normal bra for one night?? If so was it comfortable and if not then what am I going to do??? HELP!!! lol xx

i agree with Lisa a none wired bra is the best thing to do. There has been a few people on here that have been in the same situation and have been advised by the nurse that they can wear a non wire bra for one night! Do you have to wear a bra. what about going without one for the night? I was told that i didn’t need to wear one at all if i didn’t want to for the first 6 weeks!
to be honest wearing a normal bra again takes some getting used too! So i would defo not advised wearing one at the mo!

where did you all get your sports bras from?? Mine are from asda but I’m not sure if there giving me enough support!! x
I should probably go for a proper measure as well… Never had this done before though… Do you take your bra off (probably a stupid question though )
