I’m 6 weeks post op now so went to the gym for the first time today. I tried running on the treadmill and had to stop, my boobs were so heavy and even in a good bra were bouncing everywhere! It’s got me thinking about sagging
My boobs were really pert before and at no risk from it as the were small. Suppose im just a bit worried now
xx
oh no….what size did you have hun? are they unders or overs? xx
Nature may just take it’s course. All us lovely ladies with our lovely jubblies will have boobies down at our knees one day. Lol.
No need to worry Lou. Invest in a proper tight supportive sports bra. Because your boobs are bigger they will bounce/jiggle/move/give you the odd black eye. This support will help prevent sagging. Ok they can be like £30 but it’s worth it to prevent sagging.
Eventually I think I’ll get an uplift. Being 23 and with an F cup
xx
Had 460 overs. They have dropped quite a bit already, think i had this image of them being really round and up but they are really natural looking already. Which is fine if they stay like this but im thinking coz there are heavy they will prob sag more. Im 34E now xx
Hey claireybabes, yeah im 23 too, so ill prob need uplift too lol! xx
This is one of the biggest worries along with having children after, I have seen what my mum has gone through with an uplift and I just dont know if I could pluck up the courage, all the girls who have had this are defo brave thats for sure, price all of us will have to pay tho I suppose
xx
ow no dont say that. I was in such pain after my ba and said never again! So the thought of haveing another ba with more incisions makes me want to cry
! xx
I had uplift 2 years ago, doughnut lift,340 0vers,didnt want scars, they have dropped 2 cm in 2 years,i measure notch to nipple to moniter the sagging on a monthly basis, lol,Im obsessed,im 53 so expected with the older skin for them to sag more,im happy, mario said if I had them done again,I wouldnt need an uplift but I would need bigger implant.x
I had a ba approx 9 months ago and was a 32d to start with this took me to a 32 e/f depending where i shopped and i have now just had a free uplift last months as they had sagged so the ps agreed to do one free of charge. the recovery is not to bad although i did have a massive shock when they took the bandages off i felt like i had been butchered but a month on and there really growing on me because i have never had such pert firm boobs so hopefully they will stay like this or not change too much as im happy like this, well will be more so as my scars fade. i have spoken to a few really nice girls on here who have shown me there uplift pictures and are further in to recovery than me and there boobs look amazing and the scars had faded brilliantly, so worse case you may have to have re-op but its not too bad at all and i would say recovery from the ba in the first place was worse! x
And Knights how come u got it for free, do they do that if they sag quick? I’m thinking im gonna need it x
loulou789,lol,knew someone would ask that………Concentric (Doughnut) Technique
“Doughnut mastopexy” is a type of breast lift surgery that involves less skin removal and results in a significantly faster recovery time than breast lift surgery performed with the standard “anchor” technique. The scarring from doughnut mastopexy occurs around the circumference of the nipple and areola, and is often less noticeable than the vertical scars from the standard technique. It should be noted that the doughnut technique may not be a good option for women with larger breasts.
I had 350 overs and when i paid they told me it covered anything atall going wrong within the first year even if it meant 2 re ops or loads of treatment they would cover it for a year reqardless, as soon as i saw my ps i said i was not happy with the shape as they had got loose at the bottom and were starting to look like big saggys boobs rather than boobs with implants and he agreed straight away and offered me a re op the next month.
I did ask at my first consultation if i needed an uplift but he said no as i was going with a bigger implant it would fill my boobs out nicely, they looked great for about 5/6 months then they started to sag.
I too do alot of gym work, circuit training running etc so on but always wear about 3 fitted sports tops and a good sports bra so dont think that would be the cause just think it was the weight of them. x
Knight? Did u literally wear 3 sports bra at the same time? I’m a runner and with my implant size I wonder if I would have same problem.
l can imagine Tina out with her tape measure. l should start doing that. Yeah even with a uplift ur boobs will still drop l had one. xx l worry like mad!! x
mea, i wear a shock absorber sports bra ,with a nike minimal bounce bra top over the top of that then i have a running vest with the hidden support bra inside over the top so in total i wear 3 and i feel i need that to stop my boobs jumping around and hurting, otherwise i dont feel supported at all. x
