anyone elses scars feel hard and lumpy?

im 8 days po and when i went yesterday to get dressings off the nurse said they might feel lumpy n hard but not to worry cause thats just the internal stitches and theyl come out themselves when theyre ready so nothing to panic about hun, just give it time xx
