Anyone finding it really hard to get in contact with their patient co-ordinator

For the past 5 days i have rang to speak to mine n everytime im told she will ring me back which never happens. At first she was ringing me to let me no what was going on but now its completely changed. Stressed.com wanna no whats going on! lol

Usually get ignored once you’ve paid. Annoying isn’t it. Try ringing the clinic the receptionist may help u xxx

Iv spoke to her today said she will pass my message on 2 her as she was in at 11.30 n still no phone call again
