Anyone gone from a 32a to a 32d?

Just wondered if anyone had gone from a 32a to a 32d, and which implant size they had? Am 5ft 6, size 8 frame and my bra size has decreased from a 32c/d after having a baby and want to make sure that I get a big enough size to fill them out again but without them looking too fake. Would really appreciate any help, advice or pictures of people who had similar treatments.

My surgery is booked with Dr. Adamo on 23rd March- SO EXCITED!!! Think my current implant size is 340cc do you think this will be enough?

Hi Hunn, Congrats on booking your surgery! I think you should go for bigger than 340 they say 125-150 is about a cup size so maybe go for a 410 or more even xx

Thanks very much. I hoped my PC was going to ring me today to go over what Dr. Adamo had said about the implant sizes as I want to make sure that I’ll be a D cup again at the end of it as I would hate to go through all that, and pay all that money, and still not have filled them to the size they were before.

I’ll make sure I get an answer from her tomorrow. So exciting.

Have you had your surgery? Do you mind me asking what size you are having/have had done?

340 will be plenty, it will take you to a D/DD, this is what I had, I was an empty 32B after having kids and am 4 weeks post op, currently wearing a 32DD and this can be a bit tight in some bras x

hey rose… Firstly im on the 23rd march with mr traynor!! In cheshire hospital!!

Also i’m 5ft7, 8-10 dress size, 8st8lb and a 32/34aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (i have no boobage at all) im having 380hp unders! This will give me a D/DD and I will look a C cos i have nothing now!!

i was a 32/34A had 470cc mod/low profile overs, now wearing a 34E sports bra, but tried one of my mums 36D bras on last night and the backsize was WAY too big so I think I might be a 34E?? I wanted to be an E but they really DO NOT look an E Id say they LOOK a D-ish. Ill add you and you can look at my pics lol

Ros 1705 & BCHJ- thank you for your help regarding sizing- Dr. Adamo did say that in clothing etc I would probably look smaller than the actual bra size but I think that’s true of natural breasts sometimes as well!

Hi rosew…. Im 30/32A and been told 340cc med high profile unders to make me a C cup but I want them as natural looking as poss, just to fill a bra would be good!! I’m small framed and only 5ft3in so this is realistic for me. Mine consultation was with Mr Kazzazi in London. Hopefully on the 10th April, once I hear back from loan company it will be confirmed so fingers crossed!!
