Anyone gone from a really small breast size/ petite frame?

Hi all has anyone had a BA that was initially really flat chested and petite? I’m worried about how big to go and what they’ll look like without much breast tissue to cover the implants x

I am petite and had 32A I had 280cc teardrop unders xx

Hello, im exactly the same, im very small and no chest at all from having two children but seeing surgeon tomorrow so will see what he says. I think its good to just try different ones and see what is best for you. Or try the rice test xx

thanks ladies. I think I’ll have a go at the rice test. ive got my second consultation in about a week but I need my husband to mind our little ones so i’ll be going alone and im pathetic at decision making! xx

Yup I was AA cup, I had a big size at 615cc I’m a size FF but they still suit my frame 🙂 x

Thank you 🙂 I took a long time to get there lol! I had 460 the first time and every complication you can think of ha! Luckily MYA and Mr Singh fixed up the mess the last clinic made, bloody love them now 😀

ive waited years for this but im so nervous now that I will look ridiculous / struggle with children / pick the wrong size lol im stressing myself out xx

I’m a size 6, 30aa.. Very petite frame and no breast tissue at all. I’ve been recommended to have 290 teardrop unders. My surgeon said I will probably be able to feel the implant at the bottom as I don’t have much to cover the implant.. Having my op in September 😀 xx

hi Katie I have no tissue either after feeding my children and I didn’t have a great deal to start with. this is whats worrying me. im looking at quite a quick turn around, I get sized on the 5th aug and surgery on the 16th aug because it fits in better with work.
are you having round implants?

I keep worrying thinking it might look ridiculously fake as I don’t have anything to cover the implant.. But surgeon said it would still look natural.. So fingers crossed we will both have amazing boobs soon!! I’m having teardrop. What about you? X

Im the same i want mine to look real ha im size 8 and having 250 unders, in november do you have to tell them you want teardrop if youve already said id like them to look natural? Xx

I was persuaded away from teardrop really. He said I’d be better with round because they have a rippled surface to help them adhere and prevent rotation and that if you’ve not much tissue you’ll see and feel the rippling through your skin. After seeing pics and feedback on here though I think they look great so I’m insure which to go with. I’m obviously going to have noticeably bigger boobs to anyone who knows me but I don’t want complete strangers taking one look at me and thinking my boobs are fake lol

Same here. I was advised not to go for teardrop as i didnt have any fullness on top. So i would have ended up with bigger boobs but in clothes or bras wouldnt have prob seen much of a difference. You have to listen to what your surgeon suggests, they see boobs all day long and know what would look best and what is best to achieve what you want. I have no breast tissue and no upper body weight at all, i was slightly tubular so i had to have overs to change the shape. But i now have quite bad rippling, and wish i could have had unders. You can still have round implants and still look natural. There is a part of me that wishes i had of gone smaller. Then i might not be rippling as much and not look so stuck on because my frame is so small and no fat at all!! Xxx sorry if i confuse you further!!

No worries. Going round doesnt mean they wont look natural. Maybe not get the high profile ones? Iv just accepted you too. I had 325s and i was wearing 32B before (wrong back size though) and now im wearing 30DD (for extra cleavage) and 30E for a better fit. Xx

I had little breast tissue and barely filled a 32A. I had 325 high profile unders and I am now a 32DD/E and I think they are perfect for me

I was all set on tear drop ones but my mum had round and hers look natural so ive decided to go for round.x

i was a 30 AA size 6/8 57kg weight and had 750 overs
I’ve also had a child and breast fed x
