Anyone gone from a size a to size c with post op pics?

Completely unsure whether to go for unders or overs and high or low profile.

Hi Hunn, with the unders and overs it’s not up to you it all depends on your current breasts so your surgeon will decide that for you. Low profiles are wider and flatter so the look bigger from the front but not that big from the side. High profile are narrower and stick out more. Again your surgeon will advice you what’s best. It your petite high profiles are usually better. They say 150 cc is about a cup size so 300/340 should take you from an A to a C/D. Also remember fake boobs measure bigger than they look probably because they are firmer so need more cup space. Post op I’ll probably measure an E plus but look a DD. xx
