Anyone gone from loose/saggy to a nice size without uplift

Hi Janey – I have my third consultation tom with Mr Singh – have had complications at surgicare in Mancs……I am contemplating uplift tho scarring is worrying me – please could I see your pics to see for myself about the scars dissapearing – dont know what to do ? jo x thanks brum

Im sure its probably best u wait if ur still loosing weight as loosing or putting weight on will have an affect on ur new boobs, thats wat Mr Adamo told me anyway, so you wouldnt want to spend all that money then loose weight off ur new boobies and like u say u only stopped BF a couple of months ago. It would be intresting to have another opionion though ay, i know girls on sofem have been told differant things by differant surgeons so if u didnt want the uplift it may be worth trying a 2nd surgeon, Take care sugar xx

Just to let you know i saw mr t and i got the answer i didnt want i need a uplift,
So since im still dieting i have decided to wait till i get the last 1stone off then go see him again and get all the details, i didnt really ask much when he told me i was just sure i wasnt ready for the uplift so didnt want to waste his time,But after coming home and thinking about it ive decided i will wait a little while i will get it done eventually just going to loose the rest of the weight and then look into it, I have only stopped bf for 3mths ish and ive only been bothered by my breasts since then so its a big op to jump into after being bothered for a few months, So im sure in about 6mths i will be back on here asking for some uplift peoples advice
Just want to say a massive THANKYOU !!!!! to all you lovely ladies who helped me and send me photos on sofem and replyed on here its nice to know people are going thro and been thro the same feelings as you

sounds like mr traynor did really well for you, Im a little bigger than you im 5ft 4 10st 7lb and 36d, i am still dieting and hope to be 10st so not sure if this will effect my boobs (or skin i should say lol ) i am super excited for tonight hope i get the news i want not sure i would want to be as big as ff were you unsure at 1st or ok with that size do you have any pics in clothing like a tshirt or anything i have seen alot of before and after but none with a bra and top on somtimes we dont think what they going to look like clothed lol,
I was a 38dd/e before and to be honest they wernt all that big so maybe ff sounds bigger than it actually looks arghhh i dont know so many things to consider isnt there, Well ill come back later tonight once i know if i can have one or not and let everyone know and probably have a million new things to ask haha

My stats were 5ft 2in, 8st 8lb and was a saggy 34c before my op.

Say two consultants and first one said if I had uplift it would probably need doing again in a year or so and also would need big implant to fill the saggy skin, so I was very disappointed. I then saw Mr Traynor at Manchester who said he could give me a fuller, rounder boob, which is just what I wanted.

I had my op in January and had 300cc implants. I am now a 30FF and very happy indeed, they are very round and very full. I wished I had done it years ago. Mr Traynor also advised a good support bra to keep them in good condition and to do chest exercises. All this with no uplift and they look good.

Me !!!! I wasa saggy 34c (after baby a year ago) I had 460 overs and they have lifted without needing uplift procedure which Dr Adamo said Imight need unless I have large implant (420 or 460 – I decided on 460) My before and after pics are on sofem krysiemum password boobs .. But these pics are the day after I had them done so they do look a bit swollen but they are lovely now ……….xxxx

Hi mia and Sarahb, I have bf 3 kids and wanted to be filled back up but didn’t want an uplift. I went to see mr singh and on wed i had 525cc on my left and 480cc right (as uneven) overs and they are fab…. or mia thats fab, if they let me do that i will be thrilled i dont mind slight sagging its more the skin filling that bothers me than the hang haha, i am married i dont want mine on show they will be kept in a bra just want the skin to have somthing in it lol, i dont want to be massive i loved being a DD but if i have to go up a couple and it saves me getting uplift that will be fine, defo keep me posted on your op if i do get one im wanting june, are you going to manchester with mya ? will 525overs take you up many cup sizes ?

:bigsmile:hi sarahb just read all ur comments i have had 4 children breastfed them all and gone to a saggy 32b i saw dr adamo who said i was borderline for a ba, but he said to have an uplift and maybe end up a 36c i was gutted wanted to be bigger than that so had a second opion with dr singh he was great asked me what i wanted, i said i just wanted to fill me boobs again didnt want an uplift i am nearly 40 and boobs dont sit that good at 40 ha ha , he listerened and said that a ba with 525 overs would fill out my skin and with a good bra on i would look amazing which is what i wanted i want to feel good again and wont be hanging my boobs out all over the hockey!!! too old for that i am booked for surgery on the 5th may and cant wait , i feel confident with what i have been offered and will keep u posted i hope this helps .

hello lexinic19 so sorry to hear about your story i hope you get the result you want, do you have any pictures to share i wondered what they look like without a uplift but i cant find any pics anywhere on net princessjj do you have pics im so glad you are pleased with them i really hope i end up with a result like you to be honest even if they sag i dont mind its not the pert look i want its the skin filled out, i have my childern and dont plan on any more but like you say i would like to know i could bf if i did ever have more and if i got a few yrs out of them then maybe get the full op later in life i would do that i cant wait for monday to find out what i can have done ive had everything crossed that he says no uplift but id love to see some pics if any of you can share them with me

SarahHB mine aren’t huge at all – my friends have all been round to have a look and say they look right for my size and shape – I’m actually surprised they aren’t much bigger. I didn’t want an uplift due to scaring and I still want to be able to breast feed. I must admit it was the right choice for me – they look amazing and are higher than they ever have been! Dr Traynor did say in few years I will have to think about getting them redone as I will probably have had kids but thats fine by me – I want them big and pert now – when the babies come which won’t be a for at least 4-5 years+ I will probably want a different look anyway.

Please have an uplift. I wish someone had told me this. I was an empty c after breastfeeding. Mr chantarasak said I did not need an uplift as my nipples were pointing forward. He gave me 380cc and I am so upset with the result. I now have large 30ff saggy boobs. Im in the process of a complaint as I feel totally miss informed. I so wished I had an uplift.

I am 36d and was hoping to get implants to fill my sagging skin (since bf baby) maybe to 36dd or 36e, i have an apt to see mr traynor in a couple of weeks but i have a feeling he will say i need a uplift i really dont want one and hoped he could fill the skin with implants rather than uplift me I was wondering if anyone has had a simlar problem and if they have any piccys i could see

Hi Sarah, I dont have any pics as I am not too hot on the computer and dont really know how to put them on, any advice as to which sites etc, or send me your e mail address and I will do my best, I have some recent ones but not the befores. However I can tell you that they were awful, like two bits of hanging skin, and they did not even match. Mr K measures from the pointy bit of your collar bone to the centre of your nipple and he says that if its under 24 cm then he can usually avoid an uplift. He recomended that he removed some skin whilst he was inserting the implant, so I suppose I have had a mini uplift in with the price, it does mean my scars are slighty longer than regular ops, but i do not mind and the main has been managable. We have to remember that Mr K’s regular job is breast reconstruction, so his experience and expertise is second to none. It does seem that the less experienced surgeons will offer a full uplift straight away rather than looking at other options. Good luck at your appointment and keep me posted on your decision. Any help and I am here if needed. I had 435 unders and I am a DD/E at the minute and the difference is unbelieveable, I just hope that they stay like this.

i just ned to have 380cc overs to hopefully get me to the D DD that im hoping for, my sister who has recently lost 2.5stone also is having overs but a 460 size implant, and again hoping to get to a d dd. She has to have the bigger implant becaue of her weight loss on her boobs, they were saggy. So i think this just goes to prove that its possible just to have bigger implants to fill the excess skin. Keep us posted on how you get on with Mr T. xx

annie898 do you have any pics to share ? ive also lost just under 3 stone and have bf 3 children the last one was for 7mths (stopped 2mths ago) i really hope they tell me i dont need a full uplift im seeing g traynor on the 12th i hope i can just opt for a bigger implant rather than uplift im so excited

Hi, I had been advised on an uplift and BA by a surgeon who said that long term breast feeding and rapid weight loss (3 stone ) had left me with no alternative. The surgeon was rude and made me feel worse about myself than I already did. I however decided to go for a second opinion with MYA and can not fault their professionalisim, right from the very first phone call. Mr Kazzazi said that I did not need a full uplift and suggesed he removed some of my saggy skin, whilst performing the BA, this meant my scars would be bigger, but said that I would have to fill my DD cup size,which had shrank to an almost B cup, so as you can imagine they were in a dire state. He was brilliant, I am 8 days post op and I cant believe the results, I never anticipated such results. I think you should make an appoinment to see Mr K as he has performed so many operations, his experience is invaluable. Dont be down hearted and Good Luck.

I was advised to have an uplift because im borderline needing one, i declined the offer after seeing katie prices scars but after seeing your pics i think im going to have uplift and implants. who was your surgeon at transform? did you get money off or is that their standard price?xx

Hi jane, looked at your pics they fab !! u must be so pleased id love your boobies heehee,My skin doesnt heal like other peoples i had a illness when i was younger and it left me with a problem where my skin takes a very long time to heal and scars sometimes stay red so i dont really want to risk it if i think about it i would rather have the boobs i have than end up with lots of scaring, its a hard decision thats why i would much rather just the implant it will be only 1 scar, i see what you mean about them only lasting a few years and it would be fab to wear no bra 😮
I was hoping someone would be on here saying oh i had saggys heehee and i just got them filled but looks like most of you got uplifts as well, do you have any other pics of before i saw one was that took standing or lay down ?

if you are recommened an uplift, do not worry at all!! i had a full uplift done, as ive had 2 kids and my boobs shrunk to a saggy 34b, and after having my uplift and 340cc implants, my boobs are fanastic. i now measure a 32e and my scars are nealry gone, my right breasts scars arent visible at all! you can’t even see the line anymore!. my friends had hers done aswell, with an uplift and she had hers done a year and a half ago, and her scars are nothing!! .
I think alot of ppl are put off with uplifts, but the scars do fade to nothing! .
One good thing about an uplift, is you end up with high pert boobs, that stay high for a long time and you can wear no bra under strappy tops, where as girls who have larger implants, without uplift, usually end up having an uplift later down the line, as the implant can drag the boobs down! they can look good at first but after about 2 years they can begin to droop.
When i had my op done, there was a girl, and she opted for just an implant, but then went back 2 years later for the uplift! so she wasted another

thanks both ive also bf 3 kids and ive lost some weight (3stone) so they pretty saggy my nipples still point out but they very low down the breast (if that makes sense) i would rather go up a bigger cup than get a uplift if that was possible, if possible can u let me know what they say tomorow sam77 ? and can you princessjj let me know how it goes on thurs id really like to know, im quite nervous as i really want them doing but i dont want a uplift and hearing from people simlar is really good,

I thought I’d have to get an uplift but Dr Traynor has said I can just get implants. I’m getting 700cc’s on Thursday and am currently a 38C/D. He said that they would fill me out. I think if you just want to go up one size you might be better off with an uplift and implant as he said to me in order to get them looking pert again I would have to get a big implant to fill the sagging skin.

Not had mine done yet, but had some great advice from pa. She told me (ive had 3 kids and breastfed) that if my nipples pointed south i would need uplift too, thankly mine dont so just a ba with overs probably to fill the skin where my boobs stretched from a tiny A to D cup when they were full of milk. Hope this helps.
I see my surgeon tomorrow, mr adamo, soo excited to see what size i can be.
