Anyone had 380cc with Mr Aurakzai

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I’m booked in for 380cc under muscle breast implants with Mr Aurakzai in Manchester on the 4th of Aug and I’m starting to panic whether I’m doing the right thing or not. I’m 5’2″ and 7 and a half stone, I think I’m about a 34a at the mo. Can anyone tell me what size I’ll be after the op because I’m not sure if the implant size I’ve chosen is going to be too big. I’ve already met Mr Aurakzai and have every confidence in him but again just wondering if anyone as had him and what they think of their new assets ? ? ?

hello my op is 21st July with Mr Aurakzai he recommended 340cc which he said would be a C/D i am seeing the nurse on Tuesday and will ask if i can have 380cc as this will be more like a DD i think ? I found him very good as direct and has been praised for his surgery i wish you lots of luck x

Thanks Sue, I wish you luck too! What size are you now (if you don’t mind me asking) Mr Aurakzai told me mine will be C/D with the 380s I’m an A now so that’s confusing?? I don’t fancy being a DD x

I has Mr A. In June and believe me, your in excellent hands. I was a 34b and had 300cc overs and now I’m a d/dd and very happy.

The shape is very natural and I was in no pain at all. My scars are amazing, hardly visible.

Hi Zahra, That was my dilima to start with but I don’t want to go too big and them to be too heavy. Mr Aurakzai offered me the 410 too but I think I’ll be huge then and I don’t want that. Hopefully see you there then, are you staying in overnight, I’ve asked to be a day case xx

hey see when he showed me the 380 it jus looked the same size as me chicken fillets lol an thats why it kinda pu me off bu am scared of getting the 410 incase u can see the shape of the implant am gunna hava another word with him on the day an see what is best u should do the same if ur not sure.i am a daycase to am startin to get a little scared nw thow.how are you feeling about it?xxx

I’m having major second thoughts ya know. One min I’m all for it then the next I’m thinking what the heck am I doing to myself. I don’t know if it’s just my nerves getting the better of me or that I haven’t thought it through properly. I can think about it so much I feel sick sometimes, it’s all happened way to quick and I’ve got to pay the balance on Tuesday. How are you feeling? x

Hey ladies, iv read on here that Mr A uses glue instead of stitches, does anyone know if he uses glue on all of the ops or just in certain circumstances? Also, does anyone know if he uses tapes? Or is it just a case of putting a sports bra on? Ps. Im also undecided about whether to have 340 or 380, but i guess il leave that to A!! xx

Hey Xdodiex – I am 4 and bit weeks post op, I was a very small 32a before and got offered 340 and 380 for a small d cup and I am so so so so glad I went with the 380’s as they really dont look that pic, they are softening and moving more each day but seriously, in clothes they only look a small c definately! Go for the bigger then you won’t regret it and think you have paid all that money for nothing. If i could have gone bigger I really would!! xx

i am a bag of nerves yano i keep on thinking the same thing that no one is forcing me to do this its my own choice bu i really want then am jus really scared bu think of the out come we gunna get boobies lol.mine has to be paid by next tue. and as josephin88 jus said if she could get bigger she wud my friend had hears done not sure what size she went to bu i knw she picked the smallest size an she regrets it nw and wishes she went bigger so that why am thinkin about gettin the 410.xxxxx

Thanks chick, i keep sayin to myself that il go for the 380 then i start to panic and think they might look too big and then i go round and round in circles lol. Think if Mr A will allow it then il deffo go for the 380 and il have to leave the decision to him. Did you have Mr Aurakzai? How long did it take you to feel “normal” again? lol xx

I’m booked in with Mr A in Manchester on the 21st July, I am a 30 a/small b and he recommended the 340cc for me and said i should turn out a large c/d. when i saw the nurse for my pre op on Thursday she told me he will be using glue and i got the impression this is a good thing as the scarring heals really well in most cases, he also wont be using dressings or tape which is quite exciting as I will be able to see the healing process right from the start.

I also had the choice of the 380cc but he did say it would be more likely that I would have rippling as they would be quite large for my frame, bare this in mind when choosing your size and defo trust your surgeons opinion, he seemed to really know what he was talking about, I think we are in good hands xx

Hi everyone I’m seeing the nurse today and feeling a lot more positive now thanks to all the comments. I also have to pay the full amount by tomorrow so I’m still panicking a bit whether I’m doing the right thing. I think I’m going to go for the 380s and hope they aren’t too big and heavy. Hello I had 380 unders 6 days ago, was formerly size 34 a/b, I think but it’s just barely one week and I they are a moderate size, not top heavy as I’d initially feared they would be. I guess it all depends on your frame, in my case I have fairly broad shoulders, so carrying it quite well, plus they are still swollen and will get even smaller after about 5 weeks (according to my surgeon) I reckon by the time they are fully settled I’d be a size C/D. I hope this piece of information helps.

Im booked in for my BA on the 30th July with Mr A!

He was brilliant when i went for my consultation i was undecided with the 380s and 410s tried them both he recommeneded the 380s but i ignored and said the 410s then i got home and thought and thought about it! have now changed to the 380s after all i think they know best and to be honest didnt look that much difference just think i only have a small frame he said we would be pushing it with the 410s.

Yeah he uses stiches inside and glue outside that means no dressin and you can shower the next day too which is a bonus!

Hi vickylou!! Iv finally found someone who is with Mr A on 30th!! Woo!! lol Are you a day case? Im seeing the nurse on Monday so i think it will start to feel real after that hehe im so excited!! Hopefully he will say i can have the 380 without pushing it, cos i dont wanna risk anything! What are your stats hun?

Im 5’3ish, over 9st (but not sure on exact weight) ha. Size 8/10 in clothes. Usually wear 32a bras but apparently im supposed to be a 34aa (measured myself the other day with tapes and went off a websites bra measurement sizes).

Hey Rachymoo, Depends how big you want to go. I’m having the 380s and I’m a size 8 but only 5’2″ and 380 is what Mr Aurakzai recommended. How are you feeling about it all, I feel sick one minute then excited the next. x

Well Mr A Recommended both for me which didnt help so looks lyk am gunna have to decide on the day (only 18 more sleeps for us!!)

I think probably 410s then and if your a b now then you’ll definatley be a d probably a dd from what I can make out after the research I’ve done. I don’t think I’m a full 34a and I only want to be a full c small d so I’m gunna stick with the 380s. Mr A said he’d do the 410s but the 380s would look better and he’s going half under the muscle. Are you going under the muscle? I’ve nearly cancelled a few times but I’m all for it at the mo, I feel different from one day to the next it’s do head battering but I think it’s probably nerves and this time in 3 weeks I’ll have big boobies xx
