anyone had an uplift with 460cc or 525cc's

hi can anyone help, im due to have my pip implants removed in a few weeks. i currently have 310cc size and am torn between the 460 and 525cc im also having an uplift. im just worried the 525 is going to be too big. can anyone help. i want to make the right decission and not regret being too small again. thanks
