Anyone had dr helana?

I’m booked with dr helena on 17th of may,,, has anyone had there’s done by her? I need help choosing a size I’m 5,4 size 8 and prob a 32a now want something noticeable but not fake and I haven’t got a clue,, has anyone got any pics of sizes C to D.?. Help me choose girls haha xx

Hi! I had Helena. I was an empty B cup and I had 340 unders and I’m now in a D cup sports bra. I was a C cup just after the op and about 10 days after it I grew to a D. I’m not sure what I measure in a normal bra yet. Feel free to add me to look at my pics. x

Hi I had Helena for an uplift with 320 unders, not sure what size I’m gonna end up as they still seem to be growing! I’m 4 weeks post op xx

from experience of people on here id say on average 340-C. 380-D. 410-DD… but just be warned every1s different and can depend on your back size, if you have spare skin etc, i know a girl who is now an E from 325 lol plus ull look a size smaller than youll measure. my opinion is that 380s would more than likely get the look you want xx

I’m scared about adding loads of weight and getting to big as I dont want to look really fake I don’t even no what size I am now as iv never been measured but I’m sure I’m a A and back is 30/32 Iv seen so many girls on here sad cus they shud of got bigger so wen I decide I think I’ll get a little bigger than what I want lol x x

Helena didn’t really take her time with me at all. When I took my top off straight away she said either 340s or 380s and under the muscle.

To be honest, everyone on here always says their surgeon is the best. I refrain from saying that as I spent about 5 minutes with Helena, she was nice and I was happy enough – they’re all excellent at what they do. x

Yer they no wat there talking about and what they can do good otherwise they wouldn’t have that job? I’m not worried about anyfin apart from pickin the size which I’m guessing she will give me the choice of 2 or 3 I just want something so whatever choose is better than now haha did you recover quickly ? X x

I think I recovered really quickly and lots of girls have commented on how quickly I seemed to recover. I’d say day 3 was the worst (I class day 3 as 2 days post op). That was a painful day but I just stayed in bed and didn’t move much. My swelling went down really quickly, I had no bruising and my boobs had dropped after 2 weeks. I’m pretty much ready to go back to the gym and I’m not even 4 weeks post op till next Tuesday.

I’d definately tell you to take the biggest size Helena offers you.

Don’t tell her I said this but she really, really reminded me and my boyfriend of Nadia off Big Brother. x

Haha that’s funny!! Have you got pics on urs ? I want unders and I think I will take ur advice an go with 340 / 380 x x
