Anyone had Fay as pc

I’m meant to be having my surgery in one weeks time on 24th August , I have been trying to through to MYA for a month now and heard nothing! Another girls surgery was cancelled for that date weeks ago but mine wasn’t but just heard my pc is not actually with MYA anymore so I’m freaking out I’ve just had 2 weeks off work (I’m self employed aswell so no money income) to self isolate and now worried mine is cancelled. I had a call today from them but they only called for a minute so by time I picked up my phone they had stopped and then got a text to ring back and that was literally at 16:48 I rang back and they said they had shut at 17:00!!! I’m so angry and stressed about all this I wish I could just get my money back from them . I assume they were ringing to say my surgery was cancelled aswell but how can they do that a week before? When I know other people knew a lot longer ago . Did anyone have Fay as their pc aswell??

i can’t help i’m afraid but i’m with you on the phone call, they will ring a few times and hang up. when you call back you can’t get through and then you e-mail and the person has put their out of ofice on. I know a girl on my whats app group didnt know if her operation was going ahead the very next day as nobody seemed to know?? It didnt go ahead in the end. My PC has been un contactable all Summer, I did ask the question where she was when I spoke to someone the other day and they said she was on fulough. Such a mess this company is in at the mo.
