Anyone had seroma or fluid build up, please help, may have to have implant out!!

I have a hole in one wound, the surgeon says it seroma a fluid buld up and if this dosnt heal I may have to have the implant out….please help if anyone has had this…I am terrified!!!!

When did you get your ba done? How long has she told you to leave it? I’ve never heard of that before. xx

sorry to hear ur having a seroma…….. i dont have any experience with it as i still havent had my ba its not till end of yr …

but i have read about it a few times .. go on sofeminine an type it in search criteria …

alot of them do heal up by themselves an there is a unlucky few who have to go back into hosp as they open u up clean it out an put ur implant back in ..

what has ur surgeon said??

I nearly 4 weeks post op, I havnt seen my own surgeon yet as he was unavailable, Mya were great and got me a taxi to another hospital to see the surgen there and thats what he said, I have to wait and see what my nurse and surgeon say but Im soo worried, if I have to pay again I wont be able to and not sure about work. I am so gutted and scared they’ll have to take it out, just crying. Ive tried looking it up but thers not alot, getting soem info from othere ladies though!

You shouldn’t have to pay huni, you have a five year garantee xxx
