Anyone had the premium implants Natrelle range? Are they harder?

Hi I am most likely considering the more expensive implants I think they are called Inspira or Natrelle. I felt them at the consultation and they feel more firmer then the other one. Has anyone had them and what do they feel like? Thanks x
