    So I’m terrified of not bein able to hold my baby for ages. She’s only 5months old and although I have my mum to help me after my op I’m wonderin how long it’ll b before I can hold her and pick her up again?? Any1 had experience of this xx

    My surgeon said I can lift my son up,, js cnt lift my arms up above my boobs or stretch out if dat makes sence Hun xx

    Yea I kno wot u mean, how old is he? I’m scared its gunna be rly rly sore. Are u not scared? Lol. I also have a 4year old to keep amused,she’s gunna ask where my boobs have came from haha,wot do I say? x

    Hi girls I had ba last week and have a 1 and 3 year old. Found it tough first 7 days now easier but still restructed with the lifting, very annoying as I’m a very independent woman!!! Great if you have someone with you . I did of a night to lift baby in to cot hope thi helps xxx

    I’m due to have a BA early April and have a 4 month old baby and a 5 year old, this is also worrying me but my surgeon said i will still be able to hold the baby jsut not lift him above breast height!!

    Hi sandy4, I share you worries.. I have a 5 yr old ,2 yr old & a 6 month old eeek!

    It will be really hard not being able to do everything we usually do for a a couple of weeks.. My 2 yr old is mega clingy so dreading him a bit… but haha yep bet my 5 yr old girl will suddenly notice that women should have breasts!! :)

    hiya chick, my twin girls were 17 months old when i had mine done. i didnt lift them for a good few weeks but found i managed fine, little monkeys like to be carried a lot even now, youll be fine hun xx
