Anyone have backache after ba

Hi ladys im 2 wks 3days po 410 unders an not sure if its not liftin but my back is killin an burnin anyone eles have this exprience or am i jus bein a hypo x

i had this hun, its because you tend to hunch over after ba without realising it, try and stand properly and hold your shoulders back, keep good posture at all times, this will strengthen your core muscles and help your back feel better, i had back ache for a few weeks till i learnt to walk properly with good posture xx

Hey beccy, my back is giving me more grief than my boobs! It aches!! Like Nikki says, we will be holding ourselves totally different without really realising it.

Mines is all round my shoulder blades, and the pain gets so bad, it feels like my muscles are gonna go into spasms!! Im hoping it passes soon…Im 12 days PO xx

Yes I sure sm, feels like my shoulder blade is on fire!!

I get that as well. Right from the base of my neck down to just under my shoulder blades x
