Anyone know the address to write to and COMPLAIN?

Hi Girls,

I know all i do is moan when i am on here but im really pissed off now. Still have not received my cheque for referring a friend in OCTOBER. I have chased it up loads and was promised on the 4th Jan it would be with me by the end of the week IT WAS NOT. I feel let down for referring my friend after telling her how brilliant they were and now they are making me chase up something i should not have to. Was going to re book and have my lipo with them but as of last week i really cant be bothered to have it with people who cant be bothered to keep their promise to me.My sister was going to have her BA with MYA and now she is starting to change her mind.

Does anyone know the complaints procedure? Maybe if i formally complain I will get somewhere.

MYA Mod should sort this when she picks up on the post hun. If not, I would suggest speaking to someone on live chat on the main site, and asking them for the head office address? xxx

Thanks, MYA mod keeps chasing it up for me but accounts are not doing anything about it, I feel cheeky for moaning about it but it was an incentive to refer my friend. xx

i think theyve got behind with all xmas n stuff etc as theres lots to do, as i was referred in november and my friend still hasnt recieved hers ive chased it up a couple times and she called them too then she was meant to recieve it in 1st week of jan but still hasnt, but mya mod will sort it xx

Can you imagine if we owed MYA £100 they would be chasin it up 24/7! I’ve seen girls on here saying they have been getting several calls a day, weeks before their balance is even due! If you can’t stand by an offer don’t offer it in the first place, simples! Xx
