sarah i was ok i just took it easy, by doing cycling,stepping and incline walking, i also done lower body weights and things like the plank, i didnt go near running,sit ups or upper body weight till i was 6 weeks plus.
bonangel i have no problem running, when i attempted my first run at 6 weeks, it gave me a slight burning sensation in my boobs the once but afer that i was fine, now 14 months on my training is hard core and i dont have no problem, i do running, zumba,combat,boxercise,weight and many other things and dont find my boobs are a problem at all, i forget i even got them done to be honest, one word of advice though wear good sports bras a wear the nike dri fit ones and love them, even though i wear a FF i go for a size small coz it gives amazing support xx
