should you buy a bigger size because of swelling after surgery or just your normal back size? can someone help x

macoms come in small, med and large

small is 28-32

med is 32-36

large is 36+

i think anyways, the site says whats what, but the cups are expandable, so will fit whatever size implant in, obv within reason, i couldnt see dolly and her huge set in one (jammy bugger!) xx
