Anyone not remove nail varnish?

I just wondered if anyone didn’t remove their gel nails before their op? I’ve got clear manicure and wondered if that fact it’s clear, it will be okay or if I need to get it removed?

I think its because the monitor they clip on ur finger doesnt read through nail varnish so best take them off index fingers haha

I think it’s just incase there are any complications. Nothing to do with a monitor as you have to take off all your make up etc aswell. I wouldn’t risk not having your procedure over a manicure. X
