I wouldn’t bother with a Macom bra, my surgeon said it’s not worth it, Asda do great Sports bras for £4, I’ve bought 3. I also got the argos V pillow Debbie mentioned above and although I only had my op yesterday I had a great nights sleep and I really think the pillow helped…

i think the macoms really good for the early days po coz its lower down, i stil wear it at night i love it! i wear the asda n tesco bras now during the day coz more flattering, but they still dig into my scars (19days po)
