    Hey ladies!! i have been sooooo nervous recently about my op and now im feelin i want to do everything i can do limit every risk!! is there a big difference between soft touch and standard CUI ? would it be worth me upgrading? have they been approved in america as well? and does it limit the risk of capsular contraction etc etc? xxx

    It’s really down to you, but in answer to your questions; yes, the inspira range do have a lower rate of capsular contracture and rupture. As for the US I’m not sure if the CUI’s are allowed there anymore; if they are still using the old style silicone filler then no, but if they use the ‘gummy bear’ filler used in the inspira implants then yes.

    I had to have the inspira’s as the standard CUI’s stop at 525cc’s but even if I had smaller implants I would have probably chosen the more expensive option. But that’s just me. Mine are really soft already even at 3 weeks and men have said that they don’t feel much different to real boobs.

    If you do want to upgrade then I would do it as soon as possible as the inspira’s need to be specially ordered in, this video explains the technology of implant fillers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vFyAEgqJSw

    I’m from the united states hun and CUIs are not used there ad are not allowed due to health regulations , not FDA approved yet
