Anyone previous B/C cup and had 410 or 460 Unders..

Hello, im a natural 34C now and am in dilema about having overs or unders, my surgeon has said he’l do either, am keen on having unders for a fairly natural look, but i need to see some pics of 410 or 460 Unders to get an idea of the type of look these give you. Any pics would be great ladies.. i am on sofem or email..
