Im taking vitamins even tho they were supposed to be stopped two weeks before BA but desperately don’t want the date changed! Xx

Im in the same position, been taking double dose ‘spatone’ which is natural liquid iron that is absorbed really quickly. I take it with orange juice as fit C helps it absorb even quicker. Try to take it on an empty stomach and avoid tea as these stop so much being absorbed. You can buy it in tesco :) xx
